Bethany Steele holds her certification for supervisory of licensed associate counselors in the state of New Jersey 

To increase candidates experience consultation occurs through both individual and group clinical supervision. 

My style of supervision work is informed by years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in various settings. Whether in a school or an outpatient office setting, within independent private practices or larger group practices with multiple offices, my experience is vast and helpful for any LAC beginning their journey. I am an advocate for continued education and pride myself of professional development.  I understand the unique needs of new clinicians who look for support and motivation in navigating their first experiences in private counseling. Always thankful and appreciative of those who guided me, I recognize the importance of a comprehensive supervisory experience and strive to give my best to whose just starting their careers.
